How do I contact So Tarot?
Use the support address on this page. Every message is read by a person, and there is no automated ticket system standing between you and a reply.
How long does a reply take?
Usually within a few working days. Billing and account access issues are handled first, since those block you from using something you have paid for.
How do I report a mistake in a card meaning or guide?
Send the page and what looks wrong. Corrections to the reference content are welcome and get priority: a reference that quietly carries an error is worse than one that gets fixed.
Can I request a personal tarot reading by email?
No. So Tarot does not offer one-to-one readings by a human reader, and readings are drawn and interpreted on the site itself. Questions about how to read a spread you have already drawn are fair game.
How do I delete my account and data?
Ask from the email address associated with the account and it will be handled. The privacy policy sets out what is stored and how deletion works.
Do you accept guest posts or link requests?
No. The guides are written and edited in-house, and So Tarot does not publish sponsored content or exchange links.
